In January 2019, the Hong Kong Free Press asked me for a single photo from each line to put in their photography section called HKFP lens. These are the photos I selected because they all featured people which was the original intention of this project. But you may note that often the photos are of the backs of people and in many ways this represents my relationship with Hong Kong, always being seen as an outsider .
It is impossible to select a photo to be representative of any specific MTR line, but when I look at these photos, the experience of being there comes right back, despite the years having passed by.
